Responsibilities and Duties:
Research current line of product merchandise offerings to determine best quality, pricing, revenue
Establish additional product offerings that will entice consumers to purchase and further develop brand recognition
Increase retail sales through brick-and-mortar locations and Anheuser Busch digital store
Evaluate current market and extend
Work with Pubs, Events and Social teams to promote Anheuser Busch merchandise offerings through social media, advertising, flyers, etc.
Develop promotional packages and/or discount recommendations for slow-turn product inventory
Continual development of industry, channel and brand knowledge
Obtain feedback from accounts on effectiveness of consumer programming and report trends and recommendations to management
Coordinate with internal teams (Restaurants, Marketing and Sales, HR) to align with program timing, purchases, order dates, delivery dates.
Advise and plan for the Pubs and Taproom to order, stock and promote merchandise sales, including visual merchandising best-practices and inventory management oversight.
Work closely with the Sales team to order and stock materials
Inventory tracking and management of all Anheuser Busch goods
Track and manage budget and internal teams spend.
In-depth knowledge of internal systems (e.g., ABMarketing, online store, restaurant POS, etc.)
Vendor research, outreach, and management
High school diploma required
Strong organizational skills
Strong time management, project management skills
Strong budget management skills
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
Strong Microsoft Excel experience
