You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience with Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) or Electronic Warfare (EW) systems engineering

  • 10+ years of experience with complex engineering systems to develop requirements or identify upgrades

  • Experience with satellite communications

  • Experience with multi-PNT disciplines, including GNSS, INS/IMU, and Clocks

  • Experience with EW training platforms, hardware, and software

  • Experience with PNT interdependencies and integration

  • Top Secret clearance

  • MS degree in Applied Mathematics or Engineering

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with planning, conducting, and directing projects to rapidly produce viable prototypes and proof-of-concepts

  • Experience with establishing and reviewing new acquisition directives, including analysis of project plans, schedules, cost estimates, policy compliance, risk, and performance metrics

  • Experience with conducting integration and tests of considerable complexity

  • Experience with C4ISR systems

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

  • TS/SCI clearance preferred

The Operations Analysis and Simulation (OAS) Department is looking for Engineers to conduct analyses and support programs across the IDS portfolio, including surface Navy, undersea Navy, missile defense sensors, interceptors, command and control, integrated air and missile defense systems and space surveillance systems. The work is classified and the candidate must have at least a DoD SECRET clearance. The Systems Engineer will plan, execute, and communicate operations analyses that broadly consider the many aspects of military operations (e.g. conceptual and operational planning, doctrine, combat operations, and force sustainment), employing techniques such as mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and multi-objective optimization. These analyses will support the Business Development organization in the capture of new business opportunities and development of strategic customer relationships.
