Principal Responsibilities Include:

Handling high volume inbound calls in a professional manner
Provide Excellent Customer Service to our merchants
Utilize multiple applications/systems provided by Fleetcor in order to assist merchants efficiently and in a timely manner.
Demonstrate effective oral and written communications with merchants, department personnel and management
Provide merchants with accurate information in a fast paced environment to ensure we meet our Service Level Agreement and Excellence in service
Good interpersonal skills and team work awareness
Multi-tasking, listening, inputting data, probing, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying basic merchant satisfaction techniques
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Skills and Experience:

Customer Service/Help Desk experience required
Prior experience resolving complex issues from various channels.
Analytical, problem solving and technical trouble shooting of POS equipment
Must be organized, able to communicate effectively and comfortable on the phone with customers
Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required
Have the ability to work independently and as a team
Need to be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated
