This role is responsible for Software product line management and defining business plans and growth strategies. The role collaborates with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans while monitoring KPIs and sales performance. The role demonstrates a superior understanding of product categories and oversees functional teams within their area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
Leads activities that have significant impact on North America growth of specific Services Product Lines. Demonstrating ownership for achieving results within targeted business/ customer/channel segments for our services and software offerings.
Breakthrough solutions focused on educating, inspiring and incenting sales to drive services attach in every deal, every day; create new energy and momentum in market for new service offerings
Leads overall engagement with one or several sales teams in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Contributes/leads in defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Collaborates with various internal teams from marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develops and executes action plans accordingly.
Demonstrates a superior understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges and strategies.
Develops and implement initiatives to improve processes/policies/offerings basis the insights gathered from customer feedback and market trends.
Build relationships and represents the team at a senior level with the sales force and other partners.
Holds responsibility for product line and quota management for a significant share of the product range or a specific customer segment.
Oversees functional responsibilities in one or several areas such as market analysis, marketing engagement, etc.
Leads the partnership engagements with external IT vendors.

Service Offer Digital management in market
Pricing Advocacy - - Business Control Product Line development through Education, Communication, and Sales Support. Facilitates communication between marketing and regional customer facing organizations.
Education & Experience:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
Expert knowledge of IT services industry, offering categories, HP offerings/strategies, marketing principles/practices/tactics/tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication internally and externally; excellent presentation and storytelling skills
Excellent presentation skills - both F2F and virtual. Ability to simplify a complex message to drive knowledge retention and application in a sales role
Strong negotiation skills; Strong consensus-building and conflict resolution skills
Problem solving ability is developed with ability to lead and inspire teams under pressure situations; exercising independent judgment
Demonstrated experience and track record in building solutions to meet both Direct Enterprise IT Customers and Channel Partners; constantly driving for best customer experience
Demonstrated success in the management of marketing and sales support programs
Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
Actively contributes/leads the definition of the category business plan in assigned areas. Quota responsibility within specific portfolio segment.
Provides prescriptive feedback to Services Go to Market and Global Product teams for service offers and programs to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate and drive alignment of multiple marketing strategies and internal/external organizations to drive awareness, consideration, purchase intent and purchase for HP offerings in US and Canada for both direct and indirect sales motions
Influence demand generation and/or customer relationship campaigns in collaboration with sales enablement manager in market
Demonstrates solid understanding of Digital Services, Core Software Services and future direction of Software / Digital Services strategy. Understands industry trends and terminology to effectively drive communication of HP value proposition and specific value add compared to other industry solutions
Creating and foster a mutually beneficial relationship within HP and End User Sales teams
Leads key initiatives on behalf of functional and senior management
Acts as mentor to individual contributors in other teams
