High Level Summary:
Procurement and contract management
Building and grounds maintenance
Conferencing and Meeting Services
Food Services including catering and vending
Mail and Print operations
Manage a rapidly growing real estate portfolio of 2M sq. ft.
Represent internal business clients on work place topics and requests
Coordinate all regional associate services (food services, mail and print operations, meeting services, fitness, transportation) for the real estate portfolio
Manage the delivery of facilities services and processes that support the core business of Capital One
Provide input to the regional portfolio strategy plan
Partner with various levels of management to understand and deliver service needs
Manage a diverse set of third party vendors to execute on key responsibilities
Coordinate with the extended real estate team resources to support delivery of services and workplace solutions
Partner with project managers to complete restacking, space planning and construction projects
Coordinate with the Regional Lead for budget development and business content
Engage with cross-functional teams including close coordination with Security, IT, and HR
Develop solutions and influence various levels of management on real estate recommendations
Manage supplier performance
Mange the regions' Facilities Management team
You should have:
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Strong problem-solving and results-focused
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment
Ability to interact with associates at all levels
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Project
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, or Relationship Management
At least 3 years of experience managing facilities for multiple locations
