The ePMO Portfolio Manager is responsible for executing to the ePMO practices for strategic initiatives; project team building, portfoliogovernance, team leadership, monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controlstargeted to drive sales, performance improvement, or cost savings initiatives. The position is responsible forengaging executive leadership to define business objectives; strategically align company resources, timelines, financial and administrative oversight, reporting, monitoring and executing of the projectlifecycle and delivery within organizational policies and procedures.

Education: Bachelor's and/or master's degree preferred

Licenses/Certification/Registration: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired


  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management Experience

  • Knowledge of multiple retail business disciplines

  • Extensive management experience with 5+ associates

  • Proven ability to drive the "Customer Experience" and continuously deliver impactful results

  • Operational, technical marketing and strong management expertise

Your knowledge in professional program / project management skills and experience in leading large transformation program will build a top performing organization.</p><p>What will you do?</p><ul><li><p>The Program Manager will elevate innovation, simplification, and organizational change by leading, planning, executing, and optimizing with an emphasis on horizontal alignment across the Analytics Instruments Group for technology and process through continuous improvement, along with collaboration and influencing.</p></li><li><p>The Program Manager will facilitate the development of cases and mobilize the effort for planning</p></li><li><p>As a Portfolio Manager you will lead the planning activities for the divisional IT team; ensuring the portfolio is aligned with the division's goals and strategies and that priorities are balanced</p></li><li><p>The Portfolio Manager will identify and mitigate critical risks to the team's ability to deliver on our strategic commitments</p></li><li><p>In this role, you will lead teams at various levels with a focus on capabilities, epics and user story governance through backlog prioritization, using the framework of SAFe and Agile where applicable to drive business results through technology development.</p></li><li><p>These projects will cross business functions such as supply chain, service, sales and business operations to set a course and complete process improvements and strategy.
