Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the Portfolio Management team and development of portfolio processes. The intern will partner with portfolio managers and focus on Portfolio Management governance, reporting, and process administration.

Job Details:

  • Execute portfolio intake governance in support of portfolio management policies, financial policies, and enterprise delivery

  • Host scoping sessions with business and IT stakeholders and produce level of effort estimates

  • Define business cases for portfolio evaluation, acceptance, and prioritization

  • Partner with portfolio owners, finance, and IT to define, track, and assess portfolio investment/delivery metrics to maintain strategic alignment and line of sight on strategic/operational benefits realization

  • Execute special portfolio assignments

Requirements:

  • Pursuing college degree in Business, Project Management, or Computer Science

  • Proficient in MS Office products and Google products

  • Strong organizational skills to execute core responsibilities, engage stakeholders to adhere to governance practices, and support stakeholder community

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers and subject matter experts

  • Ability to apply critical thinking to business case definition and evaluation

  • Ability to understand company strategies, product strategies, and key portfolio/program metrics to maximize the value of investment themes

  • Ability to establish influential leadership, trust, and strong stakeholder relationships

  • Ability to apply sound judgment to set or steer direction and make decisions

As a Vulnerability Management Intern, you will use various security tooling to identify, classify and track remediation of vulnerabilities in our systems. You will interact with other teams to enable prioritization, escalation and remediation of vulnerabilities, as needed. You will use both automated scanners as manual penetration testing to assess the security posture of the environment. You will document policies, standards and processes related to Vulnerability Management, and keeps them current. You will keep track of remediation of vulnerabilities as they are handed off to the other teams.
