The position:The Portfolio Leasing Associate plays a pivotal role in RPM Living's centralization strategy by supporting inbound leads, handling prospective resident questions and complaints, and scheduling onsite tours. Acting as the voice of RPM's communities, this role exemplifies the values of our organization and provides customers with the highest levels of service.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and support tickets in a timely manner, with an emphasis on prospective residents.
Provide information on amenities, pricing, and availability for designated communities.
Schedule community tours in coordination with onsite teams.
Create, manage, and update customer profiles within CRM software.
Collaborate with Community Care team to ensure smooth application handoff process.
Monitor application process compliance with all state and federal housing laws.
Complete post-tour follow-ups with prospective residents to move towards application submission.
Provide superior service to internal and external customers to ensure the experience is effortless and seamless.
Adhere to established company processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Qualifications
Prior multifamily leasing experience required.
Previous experience in customer service required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and multitask.
Knowledge of state and federal housing laws.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
