This position is responsible for assisting PDL with end-to-end delivery of portfolio programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of IT experience, including experience in Project management, OR 4 years of IT experience, including experience in Project management.
Strong Experience with Project Delivery - managing the projects end-to-end delivery
Experience in portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity / continuous deployment/integration process.
SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
Ability to influence and execute.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes, and makes trade-off decisions.
Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
Business acumen and Infrastructure domain knowledge.
Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving/consulting.
Customer relationship management.
Vendor / SLA management.
Oral & written communications.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Industry certifications like PMP, CISM, and CISSP, etc.
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology
Ability to tie together solutions across systems
Adaptability/ability to manage change
Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment
