Maintenance

Opportunity Awaits!

Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants, and we need great people on our team! As Maintenance, you will be the one to help our Burger King to run smoothly. You will be fixing and cleaning different parts of both the inside and the outside of the store so we can continue to serve up our sizzling burgers with excellent guest service.

What Does MAINTENANCE do?

  • Uses basic power tools in order to maintain the proper function of the building

  • Maintains restrooms, dining areas and the kitchen by keeping them clean and up to safety and health standards

  • Maintains the outside appearance of the building, parking lot and landscape.

Carrols makes sure you are an important part of customers having it their way! As Maintenance, you will help keep Burger King running. You will need to use basic power tools and have knowledge of how to fix basic structures in order to maintain the home of the Whopper! Your responsibilities will also include cleaning of both the inside and the outside of our store.

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Working Hard!

The Maintenance team member requires several physical demands including:

  • Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time

  • Lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds

  • Manual dexterity, as it pertains to pressing, grabbing, pushing

  • Ability to communicate and read

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching

  • Use of basic power tools

Login Now Customer Service Representative - Lewiston Job Code:9640 Location:Lewiston 04240 Department:Other FT/PT Status:Full Time Summary: The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for Sweetser and will provide exceptional customer service while projecting a positive and professional image. Staff will be knowledgeable of available resources and will assist clients who are seeking services by providing information and immediate access to Sweetser programs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Receive and process all incoming calls using a multiline phone. * Collect and input into Provider all required registration, demographic and insurance information. * Conduct insurance verification and APS authorization as appropriate. * Immediately schedule all clients seeking service for an assessment to be performed within two business day of the initial request. * Provide information on all Sweetser services to internal and external customers as requested. * Ability to triage all calls in a timely fashion. * Process clients paperwork including release of information and collection of copays as appropriate. * Identify, utilize and maintain resources needed to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. EDUCATION: * High school diploma with some secondary education preferred, or a minimum of four (4) years working in a related field. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: * Valid state driver's license. EXPERIENCE: * Experience in a healthcare setting, working with insurance companies, referral sources. * Experience working in a call center environment a plus. * Persons with lived experience in the Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse system are encouraged to apply. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Strong communication skills. * Ability to provide exceptional customer service. * Ability to multi-task and to be flexible. * Demonstrate the ability to operate basic office equipment to include, telephone, copier, fax, computer and printer.
