JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking a field technician to join our Oil & Gas team as a Portable Associate Supervisor. Sunbelt Rentals has developed a division devoted specifically to addressing the growing needs of this Oil & Gas industry, offering specialized knowledge and surface rental equipment to satisfy the requirements from drilling to completions to production.

Responsibilities:

As a Portable Associate Supervisor, you will supervise Portable Toilet Cleaners to ensure they are maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of portable toilets.

Additional Responsobilities

  • Plan, prioritize, assign, and supervise the work of Portable Toilet Cleaners

  • Responsible for direct supervision over Portable Toilet Cleaners

  • Makes recommendations concerning the cleanliness and appearance of portable toilets

  • Oversee employee's hours and approve overtime.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to provide the highest level of cleanliness

  • Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Two years supervisory experience.

  • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired

  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history.

  • Excellent trouble-shooting skills

  • Ability to work independently and be flexible regarding work assignments

  • Must possess a high degree of safety-awareness

  • Ability to work a rotating on call schedule that requires the individual to be available 7 days a week, after hours, weekends and holidays according to the schedule

Further, they need to have familiarity with performing basic water and oil field testing, taking measurements, documenting results through reports, and sharingquantitative data with customers. EssentialFunctions/Responsibilities: * Regularly perform water and oil analysis and engage inadvanced problem-solving to apply the appropriate chemical solutions andmonitor effects for additional treatment * Focus on performing required services, asdictated by contractual obligations * Consistently calibrate pumps and perform repairsthat restore chemical feeds * Monitor product feed rates and their relativeimpact on the water and oil samples and make necessary adjustments to treatment programwhen gaps are detected SupplementalResponsibilities: * Provide technical guidance and instruction tojunior technicians * Enter results into software program andcommunicate results utilizing service reports * Assist in water-related system improvementprojects * Monitor product inventories * Utilize and maintain company equipment in good,clean condition * Other duties as assigned by manager Job Requirements Qualifications Knowledge andSkills: * Advanced problem-solving skills * Thorough knowledge of company product portfolioand applications uses * Limited supervision * Organized and self-motivated * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Capability of learning operating systems * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) orequivalent skills Educational &ExperienceRequirements: * Bachelor's of Science; Engineering or technicaldegree preferred * 2-5 years of experience in upstream oilfield industries.
