Population Health Data Analyst

Jefferson Healthcare is a DNV accredited, fully integrated health care system, with numerous accreditations and awards. We are the primary healthcare provider for more than 25,000 residents of East Jefferson County on the Olympic Peninsula.
Jefferson Healthcare employees over 600 employees and is the largest employer in Jefferson County. We are a critical access, public hospital district providing services to residents of east Jefferson County. It is operated as a municipal corporation with five elected commissioners who oversee the district's operations. We recently received a 90% on our employee survey on "I would work here again."

Supports quality and operations systems across outpatient clinics. Partners with clinic leadership, clinical informatics, and population health staff to develop, optimize, and validate reports that support quality, operational, and transformational activities.
Education and/or Experience:
A strong background in healthcare is required. A minimum of two years within a healthcare system is required.
Previous work with an EMR is required. Experience with Epic is preferred.
Knowledgeable of the work is required. Experience with current Jefferson Healthcare systems and applications highly desirable.
Understanding of the transition from fee-for-service to value is strongly preferred.
Experience in data architecture is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field required.
Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as R, SQL, and others is required.
