Pool & Ski Haus Supervisor

About the role:

This full-time year-round position is part of our Food and Beverage Management team. While the chief responsibility is assisting the Manager in overseeing our Poolside and Ski Haus F&B programming, shift coverage in other F&B outlets will be required occasionally. Our goal is to create a resort style pool and ski haus experience that will include creative amenities, a fun and exciting beverage program, resort style service along with some varied activations such as poolside concerts and movie nights.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for F&B, enjoy guest interactions and engagement, be creative and assist the Manager in overseeing the hospitality and guest recognition expected in a dynamic poolside environment. This individual will assist in managing staff, ensuring the pool area is well maintained and in good working order, and that the guest experience is at the expected level.

What you will do:

• Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure that professional, courteous and efficient guest service is offered, following the standards and sequence of service.

• Assist Manager in maintaining adequate equipment and product par stock.

• Perform flexible work schedules based on operation and activity schedule.

• Handle any requests in a courteous and efficient manner, following up to ensure the guest is aware of the follow-up.

• Perform glitches in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction.

• Performs pre-shifts before the opening of the pool and ski haus areas to ensure that each employee has a professional personal appearance, as well as a professional, warm and sincere posture.

• Assists in staff communication, training, assigning responsibilities, and any other related task.

What you bring:

• 1 + year experience working within a luxury hotel and/or previous experience in hotel food and beverage and/ or recreational management experience preferred.

• Requires the ability to operate computer equipment.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest's preferences.

• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position.

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
