Job Summary

The construction manager will provide professional and technical services to our valued clients, problem-solving & management of the building/construction contractors and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide a reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients and client follow-up.

• Troubleshoot and have the knowledge of pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, sanitizers, and filters.

• Communicate needs with clients and construction/service department.

• Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.

• Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Pool Construction knowledge

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred

• Current Driver's License and clean driving record

• Good communicator (both with clients & contractors) is a must
