FirstService Residential is seeking Certified Lifeguards for a community in the East Stroudsburg, PA Area

Primary Responsibilities: Monitor all functions the pool area while interacting and providing high level customer service to homeowners and guests.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Greet and register all homeowners and guests when at lifeguard desk

• Enforce pool rule, policies and regulations

• Perform first aid and water rescue, when necessary

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons

• Complete daily opening and closing procedures

• Test pool water chemistry and maintain appropriate records

• Maintain clean and sanitary pool, pool area, restrooms and shower areas

• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

Skill Requirements:

• Customer service experience preferred

• Current American Red Cross of equivalent Lifeguard and CPR Certification required

• Basic knowledge of pool operations and safety

• Attention to detail
