Position Summary:

The Policy Processing Associate works directly with Account Managers to assist with processing client requests for service, processing endorsements, cancellations, and binders. The role assists with quotes for new and renewal business and prepare proposals for presentations.

What will your job entail?

This individual is expected to utilize their underwriting knowledge and experience to the benefit of RT Specialty, our carriers, and outsource partners.

They will review inspection reports and quality-check the inspection reviews of outsource partners.

They will provide guidance in determining next steps post-review, answer questions, and handle review exceptions as they arise. Policies encompass varied business lines and multiple Carriers within the home insurance space. In addition, the individual may be responsible for additional quality review/audit assignments, training, and documentation updates.

The target salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $81,375.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
