  • This position can be remote but must have willingness to travel to Portland, Maine based on business needs.

Promotes ongoing effective organizational process related to policy and procedure development, management, implementation, and monitoring for all system wide clinical and non-clinical policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining the web-based policy management system in accordance with regulatory, quality and organizational requirements. Efficiently and timely, performs highly responsible administrative project support for the MaineHealth Operational Transformation team.

Experience preferred:

  • Healthcare experience

  • Policy management, writing or maintenance

  • Process improvement

  • Data management

  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Minimum of High School graduate.

  • License/Certifications: N/A

  • Experience: N/A

  • Exceptional organization, interpersonal skills, attention to detail required.

  • Exceptional technical fluency. Ability to use computer and multiple applications for processing, programing, and reporting.

  • Ability to work with and effectively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders at various levels throughout the organization frequently.

  • Proven ability to organize prioritize, anticipate needs, and meet critical deadlines.
