American National is seeking an Policy Assembly Specialist for our Springfield, MO location.
Check policy print for quality and legibility.
Move QA information from the policy print to the imaged documents in the various workflow systems.
Refer to comments in workflow from the case managers for specific instructions and processes accordingly.
Assemble policy and mail as directed.
Check backlog report twice a week for any outstanding work items that need to be processed or closed out.
High school diploma/GED; some college or two years of work experience (in lieu of degree)
Must have typing, data entry and computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work under high pressure situation
Have strong organizational and problems solving skills
