American National is seeking an Policy Assembly Specialist for our Springfield, MO location.

Responsibilities include:

  • Check policy print for quality and legibility.

  • Move QA information from the policy print to the imaged documents in the various workflow systems.

  • Refer to comments in workflow from the case managers for specific instructions and processes accordingly.

  • Assemble policy and mail as directed.

  • Check backlog report twice a week for any outstanding work items that need to be processed or closed out.

Requirements needed:

  • High school diploma/GED; some college or two years of work experience (in lieu of degree)

  • Must have typing, data entry and computer skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work under high pressure situation

  • Have strong organizational and problems solving skills
