Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Police Captain and Account Manager to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing a team of security professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of the assigned location

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe environment

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to monitor security measures and address any issues promptly

• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to coordinate responses to incidents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field preferred

• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
