THE JOB:
As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service during the guests' visit. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
STARTING PAY: $6.75 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Conduct and assist with operation of poker games
Get players checks and help maintain poker table banks
Ensure accuracy of table bank, table pot, and table rake
Maintains a helpful, courteous, safe, and clean environment of the game

It is the responsibility of the Poker Room Dealer to perform the act of dealing and running a game in a professional manner while providing excellent guest service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct and assist with operation of poker games
Get players checks and help maintain poker table banks
Ensure accuracy of table bank, table pot, and table rake
Communicate verbally with supervisors of unnatural or irregular play and dispute on the game
Verbalize player instructions, rules, or any other information as required in the procedures of the game
Develop customer relations and facilitate the use of the one club card
Maintains a helpful, courteous, safe, and clean environment of the game
Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries
Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Perform other job-related duties as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Strong problem solving and listening skills
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining confidentiality
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year poker dealing experience in a similar resort setting
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:
Six (6) months of poker dealing experience
Bilingual
