JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Poker Supervisor, the Poker Clerk is responsible forproviding legendary guest service. This person is responsible for data input and various clericalfunctions of the Poker Room along with seating guests. The position requiresstrong attention to detail.

KEY JOBFUNCTIONS:

Entering playerratings. Maintain markers and dockets, including buybacks, transfers and voids.

AssistingSupervisors with markers, fills, credits and various duties as time allows.

Assist in seatingand maintaining waiting lists.

Enteringinformation for new players and retrieving Total Rewards cards from the TotalRewards Center.

Changing printerribbons.

Answering pittelephones. Ensuring all pits are stocked with necessary supplies.

Filing andorganization of entered rating slips.

Meet theattendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental andcompany policies.

EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE:

Minimumone-year computer experience required.

High schooldiploma or equivalent is required.

Must knowhow to operate computer and ten key adding machines.

Must possessexcellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be 21years of age.

Must be ableto get along with co-workers and work as a team.

Must be ableto work any day of the week and any shift.

Must presenta well-groomed appearance.

WORKENVIRONMENT:

Must be ablesit for long periods of time.

Must be ableto maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assignedtable in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks.

Must be ableto respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast pace environment.

Responds tovisual and aural cues.

Must be ableto memorize game rules and procedures.

Must possessgood manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards andmoney.

Must be ableto read, verify and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a smallarea.

Must be ableto tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, brightlights and dust.
