Point Of Contact- Part Time

Are you ready to be the Point of Contact/Trainer extraordinaire at PBMares? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team on a part-time, intermittent basis.

As the ITP Point of Contact, you'll be the bridge between client servers and our Individual Tax Processing Center. Your role would be to streamline workflow, prep client tax returns, be the go-to guru for our Tax Administrative Associates. and write and update Procedures Manuals - talk about making an impact!

What you will do:

• Guide our tax partners and managers through the workflow process

• Liaise with clients to secure necessary documents

• Solve office concerns like a pro

• Develop and update Procedure Manuals (you'll be the author of efficiency!)

• Train and supervise our Tax Administrative Associates (they'll thank you later!)

• Keep the scanning process in check and SurePrep Binders on point
