Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Poder, the Poder Marketing Assistant is responsible for overseeing general administrative role of the radio station, which includes but not limited to: billing, assisting station manager, radio ads, client follow up, translation of documents, and publication of radio station's events.

Establishes and maintains good working relationships with throughout the organization and community. Provide marketing support to radio station manager in relations to day-to-day scheduling of ads. Organize calendar for volunteer DJ of the station.
Manages social media for radio station. Executes invoicing and reviews aging list for follow up. Occasional joint sales visits with Director.
Regularly checks in with Ibero internal programs to help with any advertising scheduling and promotional content. Work directly with Ibero's finance team for invoicing processing and payment collection. Works regularly with Ibero's marketing and development team in joint fundraising and community base events.
Attends scheduled staff meetings and agency events as assigned. Creates marketing collateral for internal and external audiences per request. Prepares presentations, types & proofreads correspondence, files and makes copies.
Manages Poder's social media platforms. Is available to work outside regularly scheduled working hours. Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements Authority: The employee exercises considerable initiative in setting priorities within the framework of the agency's policies and procedures. In case of emergency, the employee must make decisions to ensure coverage of switchboard.
