What You'll Do:
The Nexxen PMP Strategic Planner is responsible for supporting the US Sales team on new and existing partnerships and building on a foundation of campaign strategy and implementation. You will collaborate with the Sales, Publisher Development, Operations, Data, and Marketing teams in the planning of programmatic campaigns across the Nexxen SSP. This role will be based out of Los Angeles. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week and remotely for the rest.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:
Support the sales team in the pre-sale phase of a programmatic campaign including, but not limited to custom sitelist creation, inventory forecasting, pricing recommendations and approvals, feasibility checks, and SSP capabilities
Inform on our various targeting and measurement solutions for reaching the client's desired audience and aligning with their campaign goals
Assist in the creation of RFPs by providing strategic insights, targeting tactics, and supporting collateral
Utilizing our proprietary audience discovery technology, provide insights decks and relevant audiences that can be activated on a campaign
Analyze Nexxen supply for pricing, scale, and performance, to recommend optimal inventory on a campaign
Be a Nexxen SSP expert and information source, which includes support on new product releases, workflows, and capabilities
What Will I Bring?
Bachelor's degree
Experience in a digital planning or strategist role at a DSP, SSP, media agency or publisher, preferably in a programmatic focused role
Ability to prepare media insights and analyze available inventory
Ability to manage projects independently, prioritize multiple tasks and work well under tight deadlines
Ability to make swift decisions and confidently deliver tactical solutions in a rapidly growing and changing business and marketplace
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in excel and can work with large data sets to create strategic and actionable insight from it
Ability to work effectively with a large Sales organization and multiple other departments

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Los Angeles is estimated at ($60,000 - $72,000) at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
