Job Description The role of the Workplace PMO, Senior Program Manager at ServiceNow is to plan, organize, oversee, and implement construction programs, providing leadership, direction, and control for all activities within the areas of design, architecture, and engineering, which are associated with multi-million-dollar construction projects globally. Manage and coordinate the work of highly skilled staff and consultants with particular emphasis on meeting schedules, budgets, business plans, and long-range strategies of the organization. Often will manage various projects concurrently. Roles and Responsibilities * Prepare project scopes and budgets for management approval, funding and execution * Oversee 3rd party Project Managers where appropriate * Facilitate and manage project meetings, inclusive of producing meeting minutes and budget/cost reporting * Adhere to the Project Management Office Framework * Adhere to all standard guidelines (Real Estate, Workplace, Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, IT) * Ensure successful 'last mile' for each project * Work with WPS Regional Mangers, Project Executives, and various IT Partners (IT, AV, etc) and vendors to support ongoing projects * Work closely with Planning to confirm business unit programming needs * Manage all project related Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities, including Project Specific Safety Plans to assure compliance within EH&S Requirements * Provide ongoing relationship management with assigned vendors to assure communication and feedback are fluid * Manage construction and furniture vendors to ensure that all as-built drawings are updated and accurate * Understand ServiceNow's procurement processes, inclusive of the purchase order process, cost center break down and billing schedules * Prepare Project Close Out Packages for Management review * Provide Management regular status report, including financial reporting for ongoing and closed projects Qualifications and Education Requirements * BS degree with a minimum of 7 years of design and construction experience in diverse Tech|R&D facilities * Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, while emphasizing accurate completion and respect to guidelines * Proven experience Developing and managing project budgets, very organized and detailed * General knowledge of building mechanical systems and sustainable/energy-efficient building practices * Must be able to maintain a good rapport with clients and government officials * Ability to serve as the company's Project Manager to ensure business, financial, and time restraints are met * Must be self-directing and able to adapt to quickly to changing conditions Preferred Skills * Excellent communication skills, includes verbal, written and presentation forms.
