Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Technology group you will:

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly status reports

  • Prepare and submit meeting minutes

  • Perform JIRA tool administrative activities

  • Manage project Risk, Issues, Action Items, and Decisions maintenance

  • Update and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures Documentation

  • Support Deliverable QA Reviews and Submissions (as needed)

  • 2 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

  • 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


  • Prior PMO experience

  • Experience client facing and supporting client needs

  • Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Bachelor's Degree

BXSI is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Claims Analyst position. The Senior Claims Analyst is responsible for advocating for clients that claims are fairly and accurately investigated, appropriately reserved, and moving toward a fair, equitable and timely resolution. The Sr. Claims Analyst assists and educates clients, producers and carriers with workers' compensation rules and regulations regarding claims and experience ratings. Primary Responsibilities: * Discuss Open and Closed claims with adjusters, review carrier notes and findings and prepare reports. Determine if the claim is being properly adjusted, advise adjuster of additional facts and/or suggest alternative reserving * Project and verify experience mods using Modmaster, comparing stats to audits and loss runs; prepare reports for producer/client * Research, provide documentation, advise producers and clients regarding workers' compensation rules and regulations as it pertains to the claim handling, paid and reserve amounts * Find and correct experience rating errors, working with underwriters, providing necessary data and follow-up until issue resolved * Notify producer/client if claim is being mishandled. Assist with carrier to correct issue * Educate and maintain knowledge with NCCI experience rating rules and monopolistic state rules * Educate and maintain knowledge for state rules and regulations regarding workers' compensation claims settlements * Advise producers/clients on the experience mod calculation and how specific losses impact rating * Obtain audits, loss runs, and experience mod worksheets to project or verify experience mod * Participate in prospects, customers and internal education presentations * Perform other job-related duties as assigned * Overnight travel is required at times * Overtime may be required Qualifications: Education/Designations: * College degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required * Appropriate and active Adjusters License required Work Experience: * Typically has up to 10+ years' experience in handling Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims * Preferable workers' compensation multi-jurisdiction, litigation and catastrophic loss experience; subrogation experience is helpful * Solid understanding of claims processes, knowledge of insurance products, policy line coverage, and industry operations. Technical Requirements: * Experience should include all aspects of investigation to include scene investigation, obtaining recorded statements, diagrams and understanding of medical reports, taking recorded statements from claimants and witnesses. * Experience and proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel and G suite products including Gmail, Docs word processing, Sheets and Drive cloud storage.
