PMO Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a PMO Manager to join an established Electronics Manufacturing company located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. This position is Hybrid and you will be required to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday. The PMO Manager will ensure effective project management and successful software delivery in the automotive department.

Responsibilities of the PMO Manager include:

• Lead a team of Software Program Managers, oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within the Automotive software department

• Develop and communicate a clear vision for the PMO, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.

• Establish standardized project management processes and tools, promoting best practices and providing support for training initiatives.

• Analyze portfolio budgets, risk and resource allocation, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

• Foster stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and serve as the escalation point for project issues ensuring successful program delivery.

Qualifications of the PMO Manager include:

• 10+ years of software program management experience in automotive software development

• Proficient in project management practices, including planning, execution, and financial tracking

• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2

• Bachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline, or Masters Degree

Compensation for the PMO Manager:

Salary Range: $180,000-195,000depending on experience
