Role: PMO Analyst
Location: NYC
Term: Contract

Role and responsibilities
Program Management Reporting & Support:

Responsible for monthly portfolio level reports, scorecards and metric dashboards for:

  • Program Steering committee

  • Program/Project Governance

  • Management Reports

Work with stakeholder groups to understand report requirements to support metrics and reporting needs

Prepare and maintain relevant reports, dashboards working with multiple teams including vendor teams

Accountable for the quality and accuracy of reporting deliverable.

Support and drive PMO initiatives

Support ongoing continuous process improvement efforts in these areas

Support Clarizen and Portfolio and Project management) tool

Support arrangement and facilitation of program meetings
Quality Control, Monitoring & Tracking:

Drive data completeness, quality, accuracy and timely information

Maintain Quality control reports to ensure templates/formats/ timelines/content are globally consistent

Performance monitoring implementation

Track and monitor Project Performance Review, Project Compliance Audit, Project Health Checks
Qualifications and Skills requirement

Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Related field or equivalent work experience, preferably with Project Management exposure
2 years project management experience as a member or team lead
2 years working experience within a PMO advantages

Demonstrated successful track record of delivering effective and accurate reporting across project timelines

Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint systems to an advanced standard

Analytical and process driven

Good time management

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive to conclusion within a global team.

Knowledge and experience in portfolio management and project delivery process methodologies, other associated methodologies, techniques and tools.

Problem solving skills and active inquiry skills

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
