Immediate job opening for a PMO Analyst to help with the technology sourcing process. The candidate will be tasked with receiving requests, determining the appropriate budget for allocation, entering the RFS into the system of record, and then shepherding the RFS to completion.

The candidate will be tasked with communicating any changes needed to the vendor and confirm those changes are made with the appropriate parties. The candidate will need to be effective at removing impediments and escalating where needed. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring Sr.

Leadership and the Requestor are informed throughout the process. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be process and detail oriented, must be self-motivated, must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to understand the chain of command.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Excellent organizational skills are required
Must be comfortable communicating with Sr.

Must be comfortable with managing conflict
Experience with an Enterprise PMOs is a plus
Experience with analyzing existing processes and recommending improvements is a plus

Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or hold other status that allows you to be employed in the United States on a W2 basis without having to be sponsored by your employer.
