Job Title: Project Manager/Superintendent

Location: 100% Travel (Out of State)

Schedule: 7 days a week, extensive travel

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for travel and a knack for tackling challenges in the field? Industrial Access, a leading company in the industry, is on the lookout for a qualified and highly experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems in the field and effectively communicate with the team for swift resolution.

• Identify opportunities with clients, adopting a salesperson mentality, and upselling based on field experience.

• Contribute to the company's growth beyond the current job description, always looking outside the box for innovative solutions.

• Constantly explore opportunities in every assignment, not just the assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in one of the following industries: Power plant (maintenance, FGD, Material Handling), Paper Mill (maintenance), Mining (maintenance, material handling).

• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

• Preferably holds a station engineer/boiler license (most control room operators have this).

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required).

• OSHA 30 (Preferred).

• Stationary Engineer's License (Preferred).

• Boiler License (Preferred).

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required).
