PM Restaurant Cook - Weft & Warp At Andaz Scottsdale

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The PM cook must be able to work shifts from 2 PM - 10 PM. The desired cook candidate will have hotel or high end restaurant cooking experience and a culinary degree. This person should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Must be able to work single stations (including saute and grill) in the kitchen.

• Ability to work weekends and shifts from 2 PM - 10 PM.

• Minimum 2 years of previous line experience.

• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills, including saute and grill.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
