PM Line Cook - Lake Austin Spa Resort

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and care.

• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Director of Culinary Experience on menu development.

• Participate in creating and executing seasonal dinner specials.

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistency and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or resort setting.

• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food and cooking.

• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior culinary staff.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.
