PM Coordinator

Frost & Sullivan is in search of a PM Coordinator. The Lead Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of our Growth Consulting (GC) lead evaluation for the Americas. Ensure proper routing of leads to the appropriate subject matter expert. Schedule Lead Review meetings to discuss the details of the sales opportunity with the appointed marketing consultant (MC) and a lead reviewer. The Lead Coordinator will utilize data to track lead review meeting completions, and lead statistics. A secondary aspect of the role will include project management support. Monitor GC project performance against budget and schedule to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. Identify issues and variances and report them to the Project Manager and Quality Assurance (QA) Executive. Work with the project team on remediation actions to get overrun projects back on track. The position is deadline driven therefore, its essential that the successful candidate be able to work efficiently within time constraints.

Responsibilities:

Review leads entered in the lead tracking system for subject matter and scope
Route leads to the appropriate industry or service leader for MC assignment by utilizing the lead tracking system and the customer relationship management system
Schedule Lead Review meetings to discuss client objectives, research methodology, and resource fulfillment
Develop reports and processes leveraging project management software, to track project performance
Assigned to work on the top (i.e. largest, most complex) GC projects across all Business Units
Work closely with the Project Manager to create projects in the project management software
Monitor actual hours to allocated hours by resource and workstream
Monitor actual completion dates to estimated completion dates for activities and overall project
Monitor resource utilization and productivity within the project
Track project expenses including travel and out of pocket expenses
Manage work in progress by meeting regularly with Project Managers to discuss project updates and monitoring project activities
Identify significant variances in project metrics and escalate to Project Manager and QA Executives
Assist with standardizing toolkit delivery
Track account assignments for the consulting team
Work with the Project Manager and QA Executive on remedial actions to get projects on track and continue to monitor project performance under the revised plans
Record lead review information in a tracking spreadsheet for monthly reporting
Support ongoing activities to strengthen our Growth Consulting processes and capabilities

Qualifications:

Knowledge of general Project Management best practices such as time / cost management, schedule management, quality management and scope management
Experience with tools that handle time management, Gannt charting, resource utilization
Experience with PMC is strongly preferred
Ability to work with diverse teams and professionals at all levels: executives, managers, analysts, consultants be an agent of change to drive performance to higher levels
Process oriented, well organized, attention to detail
Excellent analytic skills and problem solving skills
Strong initiative and strong work ethic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
