Full Time / Non-Exempt, Hourly Job Summary: LCI Services is seeking a Plumbing Technician who is professional, organized, and focused on delivering 5-Star customer experience. We are looking for an experienced plumber who is motivated to do quality work and further their career as a Residential Plumbing Technician.

We will provide additional training to obtain a license. Duties/Responsibilities: Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and making repairs as needed.

Performing preventative maintenance work on plumbing systems to fix issues at hand. Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures. Must always possess a valid driver's license and valid vehicle insurance with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs in the last 5 years.

Available for on-call service, weekends and evenings as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Required Skills/Abilities:

Self-starter that can effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele. Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.

Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary. Able to work in an equitable, inclusive, and diverse environment. Ability to drive with a trailer is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to climb up and down stairs several times each day and lift 50 pounds with ease.

Education and Experience: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required Experience in the single-family or multi-family rental industry preferred.
