Plumbing Service Manager

Job Description We are partnered with a reputable company in the Mechanical Construction industry to identify a qualified candidate for the role of Plumbing Service Manager. The selected individual will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in both commercial and residential settings.

The role involves close collaboration with service and installation technicians, maintaining efficient departmental operations, and overseeing personnel dispatch. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Plumbing Service Management, or a combination of relevant education and experience Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems applicable to both commercial and residential projects Proficiency in reading and interpreting manuals, schematics, and technical documents, with the ability to train others on these materials Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Effective conflict management abilities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks Competence in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general software platforms Professional appearance and demeanor A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background A strong commitment to the responsibilities of the role Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary Holiday pay Paid vacation Comprehensive benefits package This position offers the opportunity to join a stable and growing company that has achieved over $3 million in sales on the service side and is dedicated to expanding its service department.
