Plumbing & Hvac Warehouse Manager

We're seeking a Warehouse Manager dedicated to help continue growing our company!

As a warehouse manager, you will set the bar for providing leadership and support to our field team. You'll also help us shift into a new inventory software and fully digitize our inventory process.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a well-organized, clean, safe warehouse

• Build strong relationships with our suppliers to optimize delivery patterns

• Manage the inventory process from request to fulfillment

• Coordinate deliveries to and from the warehouse and job sites.

• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure our field team has the materials they need at the exact moment they need them

• Identify opportunities to adjust our products or improve operations

• Verify counts and prices on shipments.

• Shift all inventory processes off paper and into our software

• Assist in product and material research for technicians.

• Monitor staff performance to ensure that accuracy and safety goals are met.

• Create the link for employees between their individual contributions and our company's success.

Requirements

• Proven track record in plumbing and HVAC warehouse

• Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
