Job Description:

Envision Engineering is looking for an experienced Plumbing Design Engineer to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Plumbing Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing efficient, sustainable, and cutting-edge plumbing systems for a variety of projects. You will work with a diverse group of professionals, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design plumbing systems for a range of projects, including commercial, residential, and institutional.

- Perform detailed calculations and analysis to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of plumbing designs.

- Create comprehensive plumbing drawings, schematics, and specifications.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and codes to ensure compliance and best practices in plumbing design.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers as needed.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 3 to 15 years of experience in plumbing design and engineering.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

- Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes and regulations.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus but not required.
