Perform drain cleaning and repair services for residential customers Use blueprints and schematics to identify and locate drainage systems Assemble and install drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures Safely operate drain cleaning jetter systems and bore machines when required Utilize basic math skills to measure and cut pipes to the appropriate length Conduct pipe threading and sealing to ensure proper connections Troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues using mechanical knowledge Collaborate with other team members to complete remodeling projects involving drainage systems Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions What You'll Bring: Plumbing install experience Excellent communication and listening skills Service Titan knowledge a plus Experienced in sewer and drain cleaning (electric snake/hydro jetting) and pipe line camera inspections Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose drainage issues Experience with pipe threading and sealing techniques Who We Are: Henco Plumbing Services began as a family residential plumbing business in Minnesota, and after settling in Washington State in 2015, we've become one of the fastest-growing plumbing companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities What YOU will do as a Drain Tech: Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home, service calls. Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.

Protect drain cleaning equipment and keep a well inventoried truck.
