Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented Plumbing Designer. As an organization, we are fully committed to sustainable design.

We are seeking a designer with consulting engineering experience who will be responsible for schematic design through construction administration for offices, retail, condominiums, industrial, and multifamily residential projects.

Summary: Performs engineering assignments with clear and specified objectives and involves conventional types of plans and specifications. Work is reviewed by Project Managers for the application of sound professional judgment.

Hard Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in power, lighting, fire alarm, data and telecommunication building systems design

• Electrical Power Distribution Circuiting Design

• Lighting and Lighting Controls Design

• Emergency Systems Design

• Fire Alarm System Design

• Power Distributions Systems Design

• Knowledge of Revit is a plus

• Strong AutoCAD skills including ACAD

• Excellent report writing ability

• Proficient in Microsoft software, particularly Excel including Word, Outlook

• Multi-family and commercial power and lighting design knowledge a plus

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina.
