Plumbing BIM Coordinator

Overview: A leading Mechanical Contractor is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC and Plumbing BIM Coordinator with expertise in AutoCAD and Revit. This full-time position requires onsite work in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for routine BIM coordination assignments.

• Produce detailed renderings and assist with file clean-up, tagging, dimensioning, and annotating drawings.

• Prepare and compile drawings for submission to General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Field Technicians for installation.

• Conduct MEP coordination meetings using Navisworks, including clash detection and resolution.

• Coordinate BIM processes related to both HVAC systems and plumbing design.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with AutoCAD and Revit.

• Proficiency in Navisworks, specifically in running and clashing MEP coordination meetings.

• Ability to compile and annotate drawings from the BIM model for field installation.

• Additional skills in SketchUp, Civil 3D, and SolidWorks are beneficial.

• Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing design principles and construction processes.

• Experience with 2D animation is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Work hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Compensation and Benefits:
