Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Uses a variety of hand tools Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary. Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.

Keeps current all manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair. Provides technical support to customers. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls. Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Qualifications: 1 year of Drains experience Clean, safe driving record.
