Responsibilities Using your skills to troubleshoot and build multiple solutions. Document invoices and estimates using software on company provided smartphone.

Clean and organize the working environment, truck, worksite, etc. Install and repair pumps, faucets, valves, and all plumbing fixtures. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issue.

Communicate directly with customers in order to provide individualized solutions. Qualifications Fantastic Customer Service Skills Motivated to drive your own income through uncapped commissions Ability to provide world class customer service Clean driving record Ability to pass background check & drug test Strong verbal and written communication skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly with a great deal of patience Highly organized Good understanding of plumbing codes Ability to lift 50 lbs. crawl, and work in tight spaces Integrity and a self-starter Uses a smartphone and computer At least 4 years of previous plumbing experience Ability to write isometric drawings/plans for projects needing building permits. Ability to size out appropriate water lines for water service and home repipes.

Compensation Starting from $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Commission from 14% - 20% minus direct labor/(help needed from other technicians to complete projects). ie. Commissions are calculated from previous months revenue and paid out end of month on the following calendar month. About Oak Plumbing:
