If you are self-sufficient, possess comprehensive knowledge of residential rough-in and finish plumbing, and have at least 5 years of industry experience, we want to hear from you At KCBR, we offer a full-time position with 40-hour workweeks, normal business hours (no on-call), and clean job sites with satisfying end results. What we Offer:

Competitive salary range of $30-40 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive company-sponsored insurance (Employer contributes 50% toward employee 30% toward dependent) (medical, dental, and vision) 15 days of annual PTO and 5 paid holidays - PTO increases over time. 401(k) plan with a 5% match Company Vehicle Tool allowance (Increases over time) Opportunities for career growth and advancement Multiple Events team events throughout the year Costco Membership Key Responsibilities: Perform rough-in and finish plumbing independently Demonstrate proficiency with free-standing bathtubs Utilize manual equipment and measurement tools effectively Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety guidelines Provide outstanding customer service and communicate positively with clients and team members Qualifications: Proven track record as a journeyman or higher with at least 5 years of experience Ownership of personal hand tools (larger tools provided) Strong English proficiency and communication skills Valid driver’s license and good physical condition High school diploma Ability to pass a background check and drug screen If you are passionate about plumbing and eager to join a team where your skills and hard work are valued, KCBR is the place for you.
