The Plumber position will be responsbile primarily for general plumbing maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and front of the house and back of house areas. This includes the maintainence, troubleshooting and repairs of guest rooms sinks, toilets, and fixtures in the gues rooms. It also oversees the instilation of urinals, toilets, sinks, and drinking fountains in the public areas along with instillation of cafeteria plumbing. This individual should be familiar with reading and comprehending drawrings, have a strong knowledge of plumbing systems, be able to identify/repair leaks, and be familiar with copper and pvc in a commercial setting. Additional responsibilities include repairing and replacing priping, drain lines, and fill valves. Guest room and public area preventative maintenance are included in the scope of responsibilities.
