Job Description:

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.

• Roughing in plumbing throughout projects/properties.

• Assist valve replacements.

• Handle all bathroom and kitchen fixture installations.

• Top outs and trim finishing.

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.

• Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.

• Follow building plans and blueprints.

• Locates and marks position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors.

• Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.

• Cuts and threads pipe.

• Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in residential structures.

• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license with good record of driving.

• Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions.

• Must be good with working alone, as well as work effectively with a team.

• Go above and beyond with providing the best customer service.

• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and safety practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurement
