Responsibilities

The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 5-7 years' plumbing experience

• Current and valid driver's license

• Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces

• Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions included but not limited to, hot, cold, outdoors, dry humid areas, heights, and congested areas

• Knowledgeable in use of tools and machinery required for this position

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes

• Able to lift 50lbs

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Experience within a healthcare or institutional setting
