JOB SUMMARY:
Assists other technicians on 3rd shift to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on life-safety and critical building systems. Assists & conducts inspection of lab/mechanical room eyewash/safety showers and sprinkler heads. Assists in responding to flooding plumbing emergencies as necessary. Reports to 3rd Shift Supervisor. Communication & Customer Service is top priority.
JOB DUTIES:

High and Low Pressure Steam Systems: Inspects, tests, maintains and repairs high and low pressure steam traps, regulators and pressure valves. Utilizes thermal imaging equipment to evaluate performance of steam and hot water systems and associated equipment. Documents test results through CMMS.
