Duties

Marian Catholic High School in Chicago Heights, Illinois, has an opening for a PLTW Computer Science/Engineering Teacher for the 2024-25 school year.

• Be joyful, flexible, communicative, collaborative, and tech savvy

• Enjoy working with students to foster a healthy, supportive classroom environment

• Be well-versed in modern teaching methods, including the use of the iPad in the classroom

• Boast experience teaching students critical reading skills and analytical writing skills

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related

• Have at least 1-2 years teaching experience in secondary or higher education
