Key Objectives:

• Establish an enjoyable atmosphere for all league participants

• Oversee athletes to ensure that all attendees play, enjoy themselves, and learn new skills while continuing to hone existing ones

• Attend all league games and run the sideline for the games you are appointed to

Requirements:

• One year in a lacrosse coaching role or multiple years as a lacrosse player

• Attend ALL league games

• Coach multiple teams

• Physical stamina to run the length of the field multiple times in a game

• Understanding of recreational league goals

• Excellent verbal communicator

Compensation:

• $25 - $35 an hour, contractor position

• Based on the candidate's experience and seniority

• Boston, MA or San Diego, CA
