This company is looking for someone to come in and help out for about 6 months - work will essentially be to document the way PLC programs are written. Will interview and start someone quick!
Responsibilities and job duties:
Work with Electrical Engineer to develop and implement PLC programs for various industrial systems
Help troubleshoot and debug PLC programs to ensure proper functionality
Will gain knowledge of PLC programming logic for process controls
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Engineering
0-3 years of experience with Allen Bradley PLC's
Understanding of PLC ladder logic - candidate will write the work instructions for ladder logic programs (Allen Bradley's)
o Won't be developing new programs and will NOT be doing any programming
o Responsible for organizing and documenting the step by step process of the PLC's programs
Excellent ability to meet deadlines, stay organized and prioritize tasks
Work with the lead Electrical Engineer (Edwin) to document all PLC programming processes
